The Sierra - By The Lake provides the facility for transacting, making reservations, and the issuance of e-vouchers for accommodation booked through the internet and through the online reservation system. Reservation and booking of accommodation and all transactions through this portal/website shall be governed by special conditions imposed for internet-based booking and by conditions set out by The Sierra - By The Lake from time to time.

The following terms and conditions will apply if you wish to use the portal/website of The Sierra - By The Lake's online reservation service. Please go through the conditions carefully, and if you accept them, you may register and transact on the portal/website. Please note that a person, firm or entity cannot register on the portal/website more than once. Also, please note that by registering yourself, you are deemed to have read and agreed/accepted all the Terms and Conditions set forth here. In case you do not agree or accept any of the Terms and Conditions set forth here, please do not transact on this portal/website. Once you have clicked the 'I Agree' button at the bottom of this Terms and Conditions, or on the reservation pages, you have entered into a formal agreement with The Sierra - By The Lake for the purpose of transactions on this portal/website.

The Sierra - By The Lake's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal processes of the Government of India, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of The Sierra - By The Lake's right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this portal/website or information provided to or gathered by The Sierra - By The Lake with respect to such use. You agree that The Sierra - By The Lake may provide details of your use of the portal/website to regulators, police, or any other third party, or in order to resolve disputes or complaints which relate to the portal/website, at The Sierra - By The Lake's complete discretion.

If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth herein, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and The Sierra - By The Lake with respect to this portal/website, and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the user and The Sierra - By The Lake with respect to this portal/website. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

If cancellation is done 2 or more days prior to arrival, then full amount will be refunded. If cancellation is done within 48 hours of arrival, then full amount will be charged.
If cancellation is made 7 or more days before the arrival date for a weekend stay, the full amount will be refunded. For cancellations within 7 days of the weekend arrival, the full amount will be charged. The weekend dates are mentioned below.
